'Great Pilates sessions. Usually with Helen but all the instructors are professional, friendly and know just how much to push you so that you improve without realising. Well worth joining as there are classes for all abilities.'

Best Pilates hands down if you have any injury or chronic condition or find exercise boring. The only class where I never hurt myself and was able to build up more strength and stability. Endless variety in the sessions make sure it doesn't become a boring exercise routine and you keep discovering new stuff or weak bits that need work. Has been very good online during lockdown. Also, it is not only Pilates, the dynamic stretch and barre classes are also excellent.
